Do I need to be a Canadian citizen for the TN pathway?+
TN status is available to Canadian citizens in qualifying professions. Canadian permanent residents aren't eligible for TN, but may fit the employer-sponsored EB-3 pathway. Individual eligibility always varies.
Does Nurse Swift charge nurses a fee?+

Do I need the NCLEX-RN or a U.S. licence?+
